To mark Barbie’s 65th birthday, Stacy’s partnered with Barbie to launch a limited-edition Barbie-themed pita chip bag, and I got to join in on the fun by making 30 miniature versions of the bag as part of a special giveaway campaign. It was a party in pink, in miniature, and in meaning.

This project wasn’t just about chips (though I do love a good snack). It was about honouring creativity, celebrating women-owned and women-powered brands, and reminding people that big things often start small, whether it’s a business, a dream, or a tiny chip bag.

As someone who built a career around small-scale storytelling, this collaboration hit home in a really personal way. Barbie, Stacy’s, and even my own tiny creations all represent something bigger: women doing what they love, creating boldly, and making space for others to do the same.

These mini bags may be small, but they’re packed with inspiration, and a whole lot of tiny pita chips.
